Excellent
I was eager to visit the Memorial to the Australian Light Horse, a significant landmark honoring our heritage. I chose Best Western for its proximity to this landmark, and I was pleasantly surprised by the vibrant atmosphere of Tamworth. The city is a thriving hub of creativity, boasting fantastic eateries that spotlight local talents. The on-site restaurant offered good meals that showcased a diverse menu with something for everyone, adding to the wonderful experience.
Limited storage options.

The location of the hotel was lovely and fantastic - relatively close to The Entrance Town Centre. The restaurant was brilliant with good food, we ordered freshly cooked dishes. The bathroom was spotless & the bedroom was large.

Had a pretty great Christmas stay! The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after all the holiday hustle. It’s conveniently located near the events we wanted to attend, and I loved the deep bath in the bathroom—such a treat!
There were a few hiccups. We had some issues with the shower leaking, and the fridge was overstuffed with minibar items, making it tough to fit our own snacks. the TV in the second room wasn’t a smart TV, which disappointed the kids since they couldn’t watch their favorite movies. it was a decent stay with room for improvement!

During my recent two-night stay at a lovely hotel in the area, I was impressed by the spacious room featuring a king bed, a single bed, and even a cozy couch. The bathroom was clean and had a separate toilet. The location was convenient, yet surprisingly quiet despite being near a major highway. The restaurant offered generous portions at reasonable prices, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good, particularly the hearty porridge!
Do recommend this hotel.

Very nice stay, as always. Reasonably large room, exceptionally comfortable beds. With a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge. Good and absolutely perfect location very close to the local shops, easy to get anywhere.

Our family stay at Best Western Plus All Settlers Motor Inn during the Tamworth Country Music Festival was generally pleasant. Despite the cramped sleeping arrangements—one queen bed, one single, and one pull-out bed—clean and spacious rooms offered a welcoming atmosphere. The outdoor pool provided a refreshing escape from the day's scorching 43 degrees, and the helpful staff quickly attended to our needs. Nearby attractions like the Australian Country Music Hall of Fame and Bicentennial Park made for great family outings, enhancing our overall experience.

Everything was modern, favourable location in the wonderful restaurant, the staff were amicable. Location: the hotel was just off the town centre. Also, it was 1 mile from Bicentennial Park.

I was really impressed with the spacious room that was easy to move around in, especially since it catered well to those with mobility issues.
Breakfast option could be improved with warmer dishes upon arrival.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable. Although we stayed in a twin room meant for four people, it worked out well. The renovated bathroom was a lovely feature, and the staff were helpful, especially with arranging room service after my husband’s eye surgery.
High step into the room was challenging for my husband. 🚧.

The pool
on the website the room advertised that there was a bath but no bath. That was the only reason I booked the room. And it was extremely overpriced.

Check-in was a nightmare. The woman behind the desk didn’t greet us at all, making our arrival feel really unwelcoming. It set a bad tone for the whole stay, and honestly, it just left a sour taste in my mouth.
